got this 51-D was wondering if someone could tell me what they think . to me its like a eye on several when worn a little but seems like it is reversed if is that Check out the pics let me know what you think?

Post Mint damage. Your coin was hit by the reeded edge of another coin (such as a dime).
those are indentation made by the reeding on a reeded edge coin. you see marks like that more on dimes up to SBA dollars
