ANACS to PCGS question

Russell12Russell12 Posts: 824 ✭✭✭✭✭

I have a blank planchet type collection in PCGS holders. I was having trouble finding a Susan B. Anthony blank in a PCGS holder, so I found and bought one in an ANACS holder. I want to get it crossed into a PCGS holder. I don't care if it upgrades (currently MS60) or not, some of my PCGS blanks are graded, some are "genuine". Any idea how I can get this done, and what may it cost?

You can crack it out and bring it to an authorized pcgs dealer for submission or you can join the pcgs club or subscription and submit it yourself. I dont know if pcgs does anacs slabs for reconsideration. Im guessing no.
    Just Google pcgs club

ANACS to PCGS would be crossover, not reconsideration. And, the answer would be yes, they do. Having said that, just crack it out and submit it under the error coin category. It has a value of less than $300, so submit under the economy level for errors. The cost was $35, but I think it was recently increased a touch. Now, it will cost you some money to join the collector's club, which you can browse to (no need to google it) from the very top of this page. Click PCGS, and browse away.
