Well it was circulating until my Grandmother put it into her Whitman , probably in the 50s.

Slick Rick would like this slick nik! Can you imagine how much this bought? How many people touched it, put it in their pocket? How many vending machines it went through? You know, this coin appeals to me more than a MS one.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.
My guess is 1884 on this dug V-nickel, but may be 1894. Ugly.
