So, for various reasons, I've pretty much made up my mind not to chase future issues/varieties of circulating U.S. clad coinage past getting current thru 2026 (and maybe 2027). I've filled all the holes I reasonably can in our Whitman folders with pennies thru dollars over the years, with just the keys & semi-keys out of reach & justification for me.
I've gone into "maintenance" mode, trying to stay up-to-date with all collections, so as to pass them on to my kids & grandkids.
I decided not to collect any of the "Inno-Bucks", was relieved when pennies were discontinued, and likely won't actively venture into any new "sports", etc quarter designs (unless they start issuing a new "permanent" post-2026 design), other than to pull a few examples out of change & maybe stick them in existing folders.
For the most part, my choice has been manageable. There's still holes available in our pennies, dimes, halves, & dollar folders.
BUT, as fate would have it, each of our latest nickel folders either has NO holes left or just 1 hole for 1 mint of the 1776/2026 nickels, and our quarters folders have a total of maybe 4 holes left each after 2025......... 
So I either find some place in the now-empty back pages of earlier folders that were created by updated folders (which would work, but be out of order & a pain), go get 1 new dated or plain folder of each for each set (both nickels & quarters), or maybe get 1 undated Whitman #9044 (quarters) or Harris folder for each the nickels & quarters, and dedicate 1 page in each to each person/collection. That last option would seem to make the most sense if I am cutting back on my collecting, but be a pain & poor visually once the collections have to be distributed among each inheriting child/grandchild.............
I could also go with a new "Sesqui-........" or whatever folder out there from Whitman or Harris & be done there, but find fault with the designs of both. Not to mention the price! I'm in shock!
I must have been living under a rock these past multiple years, since I haven't had to buy new folders in a while. The last time I picked up any new ones were a few years ago, for my Canadian collections. Whitmans were going for $3.99-$4.99 at the time.
Fast-forward to today, and local retailers, ebay, Amazon, etc are going for upwards of $9 apiece! If I click on any advertised folder from a Google search, their search price of $4.49 suddenly changes on the website to $6.99 or more.............
What's going on here? Are all the wildfires destroying Canadian trees used in production of these folders? Are Trump tariffs jacking up the prices? Has inflation spiked post-Covid on them? Higher-priced oil responsible? Other?

The upwards trend in pricing predates the tariffs and the wildfires. Eventually it will price itself out of business.

Agree. It was made worse post-Covid and never resolved itself for some reason. For a while, the prices on the deluxe albums were in the $100 range of you could even get them

I'm tired of these quarter programs, should have stopped after the State series. The Mint's pricing has done me in. This is probably the last year of moderns for me.
I've thought about leaving my collections to my kids (wife not interested) and have slowly queried them to see if they had interest (grandkids too). Nope, nobody has any interest. So, hopefully I'll be selling them off while I'm still able to do so and then what's left in the bank they will get.
Might want to check to see if they even have any interest.
Today's kids and grandkids did not grow up with these now "old" coins. To them there seems to be no connection like there was to me.
Even though I grew up in Carson City, they did not. and have little to no connection to Nevada even.
