Remember thick screwdown holders?

I saw this at the local antique mall. Hard to believe some of us used these back in the day.

If the price had been lower I might may have made the purchase. 😂

Buy the holder, not the card. LOL

I still have a dozen of the PKK 1" - remember PKK? . I use them for business cards from family members. Have those from my Dad, Mom, and Paternal Grandfather goings back to the 1950's.

In the long ago past, PSA has rejected or downgraded my cards with pressed corners from screwdowns. I also had a nice (almost) '69 Topps Johnny Bench which I recently purchased that was rejected by eBay Authenticity Guarantee for the same reason.

In addition to putting cards in those 1" inch thick acrylic holders, I also put cards in those "smokey/tinted" Lucite holders with what I think had plastic? screws in the corners.

omg. I have a Pedro Martinez signature in one of those 1-1.5" thick Pinnacle series slabs. iirc, it came that way from Pinnacle.

    Thanks,
