These three silver eagles were stored in exactly the same PCGS box as the rest of my coins and these are the only ones that toned. Has anyone seen anything quite like this and do you think these are good toned or bad toned? Interesting color I've never seen before

20 years and a tiny pathway for air to creep into the holder? Are the other coins in the same type of holder?

I think that generation of holder is two piece and not as air tight?

Not the good type of toning (tarnish). Just my opinion, sorry that it happened.

I had similar toning with ASE's & rounds stored in the non-plasticized flips after 15 years. The toning was near the edge of the flap where you insert the coin. A dip cleaned them up before selling them.
