Can PCGS Members submit items to PSA?

Hello,
I joined PCGS earlier this year and I am wondering if my membership allows me to submit items to PSA?
Also are there any other benefits of PCGS membership that other members are aware 6hat might be beneficial?

    a PCGS collectors club membership unfortunately does not mean a PSA collectors club membership. from my understanding however, PSA does not require membership in order to submit items to them

    I've submitted to PSA before. Doesn't require a membership, I believe only bulk submission does which I believe they have discontinued all together due to such a high demand.
