John Lennon autograph - real/fake?

I'm assuming this is fake but who knows. Came in a large collection I acquired from an estate closing. The record is nothing special condition wise. A note written on a sleeve - " This Record was Purchased at The Coop (Harvard Sq..)"
Record is in okay condition but not how you would expect a real John Lennon autographed record to be stored. Any opinions here today?

    I'm no expert on Lennon but it doesn't look like any signature of his that I've ever seen.
