Odds and ends on some newer baseball stuff

1 - Griffey Jr cards are on fire. One that isn't keeping up as much as you would think, the 1990 Fleer Canadian. SGC pop 2 for 10 and PSA pop 32 for PSA 10. Really low pops of a brand that has a very low print run. Maybe the lowest of any of the major brands, ever? I just picked up an SGC 10 for $275. There is one PSA 10 on EBAY. I thought the SGC looked better (centering wise at least).

2 - 1989 Donruss centering. GRiffey Jr rookie is now over $1,000 for a psa 10. I have a bunch to send in, but the centering for all the 10's are all over the place. Including 1989 Donruss cards not of Griffey Jr. I would assume that the purple areas on top and bottom would need to be the same (length?), size. BUt few are for PSA 10. Any thoughts?

3 - 1986 Fleer same as above. I have a hard time telling the top to bottom centering for grading and when you review it on EBAY, there seems to be no rhyme or reason. You would think the blue on top and bottom would need to be the same size, but most of the time it isn't. ANy thoughts?

It is difficult at times to determine top-to-bottom centering. Sometimes, it appears that there is an undefined border in which case, I use the percentage of the total width of the side borders.

Is the unopened following the price spikes?

olb, I also have roughly 100 rookies of his. Are you planning on grading via SGC?

Yes I will grade with SGC. I think they look at the colors being the same width as the centering. But I guess i will find out.
