Vam collectors is this a rare VAM?

Its not a top 100 but that doesn't always matter.
I believe its a VAM13.
Im just curious to know if this is a rare VAM Doubled 5. Its easy to see the doubling.

    If the line/gouge is at the back of her mouth, it is the 13. It appears to be quite rare but that may only matter to a VAMer.

    I figured it was a rarity.
    So now I need to find a home for it.

    In my experience if it's not at least a Top 100 there's no real extra value.
