Help Please with Sign In Problems, Thanks

Good Morning All,

Hoping somebody can tell me what I did wrong. Bought a New PC and hooked it up last week. I put PSA with its own Icon on my desktop. Now when I click on it and try and sign in it says the usual error, wrong Password. So I click the link they provide to change my Password. So I change my Password, and this is where it gets really funny. 6 times I have now changed it to the Exact previous Password and then it logs me in. I have to go through this every time I want to bring up PSA. What have I done wrong? So on the first try with my password, it gives me an error, but when I change it to the Exact Password, logs me in. Color me confused, usually it won't let you reuse an old password for some specific time frame.
