Maybe the US Mint should take a hint from the ANA?

The ANA is issuing the following medal at it's Pittsburgh show. I think it it is gorgeous and better than anything the mint as produced in a very long time.

It is very nice Thank you for the tip. My order is in. I couldn't find an image of the convention bar. Do you by chance have that as well? I ordered it anyway just to be safe.

I found it at their site. Appears they ship around 7 Sept, after the show. Anyone know if they will be available at the show itself? Setting up, I would prefer that, but if they might run out due to online order or they won't be there (or be higher priced at the event), I might just order.

After speaking with someone at the ANA today, I learned what the bar is. Nothing special, in my opinion, unless you are attending the convention. I wish I hadn't included them in my order.

The convention bar is designed to hang from a nameplate pin badge, attached by jump rings. You occasionally see older dealers with their set in their case, some going back 30, 40, or more years.

Thank you. Yes, I learned that from the ANA representative, but my order was already in as I didn't want to risk missing the opportunity of getting the medal.
