Does this 1917S Buffalo nickel count as the 2-feather variety?

Picked this nickel up long ago. Does not have the designation and has been graded by NGC in an old holder. Looks like the 2-feather version to me, but wanted another opinion or two.

If the shiny spot is just that, reflection from the pic and or luster then i would say yes it is 2 feather.
