Registry department does not exist at PCGS
Call shortly after 7 am phone rang for 40 minutes no answer, no voicemail. This happened twice. They do not respond to emails. They will not approve additions to your sets, after sending photos. They have become very inept.

Hope they still answer e-mails. I just sent 2 in for some updates...
