Trying out a buddy's new digital scope on his 1857 cent. Noticed doubling in the legend but not the date. Two questions:
- Is this coin a FS-105, PCGS #410231?
- I grade it VF/XF. Is the price guide value $200 OK for this piece?

VF with possible corrosion spots. Too much wear on the reverse to justify any shot at XF.
The coin looks corroded and cleaned, as well as below XF in grade. So I don’t think that the value would approach the listed price guide number.
