Should I be concerned my order hasn't been logged in yet?

My order will be passing the 2 month mark and is still in the "order arrived" status. I know they are back logged but at what point should I be concerned? I submit cards very infrequently but I know it has never been any where near this long before.

after 12 months....
I have a order (2 levels) i sent in together. Received May 3rd.
Yep- stuck in "Order Arrived" status.
My autograph order has been in grading for a month...although I selected no grading of any kind.
