Entering coins into my set registry - Need Assistance

I have several coins that I own that I would like to enter into my set registry but I am not able to do so. First, when I try it tells me that the coins are already in another member's inventory. I requested to have it removed from the other member's inventory but its so far not successful. I sent pictures of the obverse and reverse of the slab to PCGS but its been several weeks but its still reports its in another member's inventory. I tried to call PCGS several times but no one answers my call. What should I do?
