Entering coin set for my account
I have been entering 2023-S and 2024-S PCGS PR 70 DCAM both Clad and Silver to my set registry. I know they were added to my inventory but not to my set registry (it was entered sometime last year). But it shows in the list of coin collector that I am still short of the coins needed to enter into my set registry? (If you are still short in your entry then that particular set coin collection is not up to date even though your account is shows completed coins added to your list. Back in the days the set registry team will check every entered coin/s. BJ or Cosseta corrects your entry right away (they even call you up to double check any mistaken entered coin and be corrected right away.) What happened now to the set registry customer service after BJ, Cosseta, and the rest of the team retires already? The customer service set registry phone nos. 877-888-1318 doesn't answer my call/s because they open from 0700H-1700H but when I called its already past 0755H PST and their customer service still not answering my phone call. It was answered by their prompt voice mail . No way to leave behind any voice messages. This is happening when good people/employee retires and leave behind customer support who doesn't care and/or is not paying attention to our needs as a collector (information, registering, changes in our account, etc.) They should know better that when the month of May, June, enters PCGS set registry support is tied up but still answers the call. Now you have to keep your patience as long as far I-80 from California to New York. The 5 minutes on hold was answered for over 30 minutes. (Still NO ONE picks up the call. It's a wasted time.) I really have to sacrifice and to understand for putting my call "ON HOLD". PCGS customer service is doing putting your call on hold to this date but it has been going on for years putting that your call so long and sometime they're not even answering my call while waiting for hours and "ON HOLD". It seems to me whoever is running the PCGS customer set registry doesn't care at all. I did enter my miss coin to my set/s then it's up to the set registry if they feel they want to help me or not? Or at least do the correction of the entered coin to the set and update my entry (It's been the 2nd year that shows my entered coin wasn't updated from the previous year.) I will wait and see the update.

The 5 minutes on hold went to over 1 hour 'ON HOLD" (going for 1 1/2 hours hold) and still no one pick up my call. Oh well, my patience is done. I will keep on praying for the good service/s provided to me by PCGS set registry and customer service. I hope one of the trusted people of Mr. David Hall will be able to read our issue/s and concern/s. Because if no one does the correction of this customer support it will be a problematic. NO matter pertains to PCGS company someday. Even though they are the premier coin grading certified service. They're set registry coin customer service is becoming the worse of the worst of its kind of services (NOT acknowledging to our phone calls or emailing customer service) every year. It seems to me that there will be no changes about this matter. I will continue buying and collecting coin/s and will be entered them to my inventory. I really don't care anymore after this 2026 entry year.( especially if no one is helping me to manage my set to the registry) I will enter my acquire or newly purchase coin/s to my set registry and inventory. At least they don't have a work or to do something to my set registry account. They will focus to their money making services as they progress but being a collector/s I will just fade away. Thanks for hearing me out.
When Mr. Hernandez is doing the updated Price Guide, it gives me my motivation on what my coin/s worth? I am buying coin/s which are over the price guide but still show/s that the current price is below the market price. At least do something on the price guide to avoid price gauging by some seller in the market especially when they find out that you're looking for that particular coin needed for your set. No matter what is the price value of the coin I am buying the coin higher on what the price guide suggestion in the market. I need the coin/s no matter what is the price? But if the price guide is old and doesn't show/s me the real price (it doesn't provide your collector the correct info). Whoever is working on this particular price guide at least working them thoroughly and provide us the right information whether price guide, or information about the purchase coin/s.
Hello mbslk32amg,
I am so sorry to hear about your issues with reaching out to our Set Registry team. Our Customer Support team receives a large number of phone calls and I understand that it is frustrating with how difficult it can be to get through to a representative.
I sent you a a DM to see if I can assist in any way with your Set Registry inquiries.
Best,
