Help With Early 90s Upper Deck Heroes autos
Been going down a rabbit hole lately on the hand-signed and numbered Upper Deck Heroes sets from the early 90s.
Some were inserted in retail product (Reggie Jackson, Nolan Ryan, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Bench/Morgan, Joe Montana, Joe Namath, Brett Hull, Jerry West), some came through dealer-exclusive boxes (Killebrew, Perry, Jenkins, Vida Blue, Lou Brock, Rollie Fingers), and others were sold directly through Upper Deck Authenticated (Walter Payton, Dan Marino, Wayne Gretzky).
Some that are unclear are the Wilt Chamberlain, Gordie Howe, and Larry Bird sets. I’ve seen a /750 Chamberlain on eBay, but I haven’t been able to find solid information on print runs, distribution, or how these were originally issued. It has the hologram and sticker so it looks like UDA, but can't find information that confirms it. If anyone has background on these, or owns one, I’d love to hear more.
There’s also a community census / tracker for confirmed serial numbers across the original 18 sets:

If anyone collects these or has one sitting in a box, feel free to share it or add it to the tracker. Even partial info helps fill in the gaps.
