Certification number and grading period…

Are early graded PSA cards eight digits…and begin with 0, 1, or 3 as well as certification numbers beginning with 20xxxxxx, 40xxxxxx, 50xxxxxx, 60xxxxxx, 70xxxxxx, 80xxxxxx, 90xxxxxx?

    Cert Range Approximate Era

    00000001–00xxxxxx Early PSA / 1991 era
    01xxxxxx–09xxxxxx Early 1990s
    1xxxxxxx–2xxxxxxx Mid-late 1990s
    3xxxxxxx–4xxxxxxx Late 1990s–early 2000s (with anomalies)
5xxxxxxx–6xxxxxxx Pandemic boom era and backlog years
    7xxxxxxx–8xxxxxxx 2022–2024
    9xxxxxxx 2024–2025
    100000000+ PSA's newer 9-digit cert era

Have you seen this Monte? I never knew if this is accurate or not

Thanks, Mike! I think certification numbers in which the 2nd digit is a zero (40xxxxxx, 50xxxxxx, 60xxxxxx, 70xxxxxx, 80xxxxxx, 90xxxxxx) also are early graded cards by PSA.
