I nailed it on this one - both grade and attribution. HINT - this coin was in my DANSCO collection where I target the "extremely-fine" grade level, until I upgraded it about a year ago.

40% shot at 30 and 60% shot at 35. I have some concerns in connection with the obverse fields. I see the obverse pattern of wear as enough to preclude EF40.

I completely agree with their grade and attribution. In fact, it was listed in my collection inventory as "sharpness VF-35, roughness center portrait, net VF-30".
