I believe this coin has original surfaces. It's a tad darker in person because of the bright lights.

1893 Morgan - Nice coin, possibly an old cleaning but it has toned over nicely. No scratchy hairlines visible, soap & water?
The surfaces are a pleasing dark grey and not so washed out from the lights in my photos.
