The "new" grading submission times

Just a heads up regarding turnaround times now, at least from my personal experience. I called PSA customer service today because my estimated completion date is today, and they have not even begun the grading process yet (Research and ID for 5 months now). I was told they were instructed to wait until 25 business days after the est. completion date before they are even allowed to reach out to the grading department to get an update for value and bulk submissions. So it is entirely possibly, if not likely, that grading will not even begin until after a total of 7 1/2 months since my stuff was first received by PSA.

Remember when they would give you a few free submission vouchers when they went way beyond the expected finish date?...
Yeah. Now they just upcharge you whenever possible.
