$1 Star Note

In circulation today B02226052*. Not a rare one, but noticed something never saw before. Someone punched a star to the right of the green seal/ONE. Guess to signify the star note. Thought was something different and never saw before. Not worth anything but as a circulation oddity.
Anyone else seen this before?
