KOBE BRYANT PSA CARD MISLABELED

I found a 1998 Kobe Topps OPC #68 PSA 7 Kobe Bryant card that I was interested in on Ebay.
The OPC O-PEE-CHEE cards are the same except have the OPC label on the front of the card instead of TOPPS.
I notified the seller and he stated that is the way it was labeled so it must be right. I then notified PSA and they said they could not do anything unless card holder ( owner ) contacts PSA and I was told to notify seller and or EBAY. I also messaged EBAY 3 times and card is still on Ebay mislabeled .

I actually offered $200 ,his asking price $550. Luckily I was turned down before I noticed it was mislabeled.
Card also list as nonreturnable . I have come across similar Kobe cards that are listed as TOPPS / OPC but the cards are only Topps. The base Topps 1998 #68 PSA 7 is worth about $10 - $20 max. I feel crap like this is ruining the hobby , especially when nobody cares to fix it , seller , PSA , EBAY.

I wasn't sure what was going on - not a BKB collector. I had some time, so I did some looking.

What I did find was a few trying to sell the Topps as OPC card.

I did find one seller with a raw OPC card - the only one I could find in a quick search.

Also, it looks like the OPC back border is more tan than white.

The OPC logo on the lower left was hard to see the way it was scanned.

    Topps back:

On your issue? I'm not surprised he would try to pass it off and I would hope that someone willing to pay 500 bucks for a card will do the same due diligence that you did?

I did tell both of the sellers multiple times that they are not OPC cards. The OPC Kobe Bryant in high, grade PSA 9 sells around $1K . Pretty rare.

Also seen sellers do this with the Kobe Bryant Topps MINTED IN SPRINGFIELD .
The Topps MINTED IN SPRINGFIELD has a foil stamp saying MINTED IN SPRINGFIELD and star player like M.Jordan and Kobe sell for quite a bit more than base Topps cards.
