Strike through or random hits on a quarter Eagle

What do see in these two images on this quarter Eagle? Struck through or random hits? I think the left divot is a strike through, The right I am unsure. Opinions appreciated.

    The coin is a new addition to my Gold Rattler type set.

    Left depression: small strike-through.
    Right grooves: contact marks.

    I concur. It's a bit of both.
