Fresh to the market, this came into my local shop from an inherited estate of a long time collector.
I'm confident this has not been dipped. It has a mint fresh skin that just pops off the surface. These are tough for me to grade. I've seen MS64 grades that appear every bit as nice as MS66's I've looked at... that's just to say I'm confident this is at least accurately graded in 64 but it looks clean enough to me to be a much higher number.
