Opinions please: 1838 "partial drapery" dime - attribution Fortin-108a?

It's one of my favorite early Seated Liberty dime varieties. There is some toning but that greenish glare in the obverse right field just happened to catch the light and looks excessively saturated. Other than that, the images are reasonable (for an iPhone).

Yuck looks like pvc. Can easily catch the light. Details lol.
Looks to be the variety, it has the attributes.
If there’s pvc, it’s easily rectified with a bit of acetone.
I’d be more concerned with the scratches if I was going to submit it. The population is low for this variety so it might be worth it. Or just enjoy it raw as a tough example to find.
Thanks for the attribution reassurance. This is a date in the series that is well worth die-state and remarriage studies.

Sweet coin. I like the patina actually and it appears struck with clashed dies?
A couple of wispy hairline scratches don't distract overall IMHO.
The clashed dies are what causes this variety, probably more of a die state than a die variety. But PCGS recognizes it.
