Coins still not going into my set. @PCGS_Hy can you please help?

I have several foreign coins that are in my PCGS inventory, but will not go into my sets for whatever reason.
I have called PCGS, been asked to email all the cert numbers, have done so (about 10 days ago) and have still not received the help I apparently need having the cert numbers actually entered into my sets.
@PCGS_Hy if there is any way I could get your help I would really appreciate it.
