Please disregard. I am going to look into the list of local dealers.
Added: That was easy enough. I contacted a dealer not to far away that I have done some business with. I emailed them. Should be able to submit as they are listed on the CAC site.

Have you already checked to see if there are any dealers in your area who are able to submit to CAC?

I have not as I was not aware of a list. That's a good suggestion. I will do that now.
