Scarce or Rare Coin Boxes

I think it is interesting some grading services coin boxes carry a premium. I know the Rattler PCGS boxes are scarce and are difficult to find, at least in great condition.
PCI boxes are now scarce too, fetching a premium when offered.

This is the first ICG slab box I have seen and I would love more information on them.
For example, when did ICG provide these with submissions? How does ICG ship coins back now?

I had a chance to buy a hallmark box some years ago for as I recall 50 bucks. I passed and haven't seen one for sale since.

Hallmark boxes are rare. I think they look close to the PCI boxes with different decals.
