1831 50c Unlisted in Davignon. Just 4 examples known, R8.
Struck from Hand-made dies.
Brass.
weight= 10.5 grams.
lettered edge.
Not pretty, but definitely rare...........HOLD

Bogus Seated Dime:
1841-O Seated Lib 10c.
Likely struck from a transfer die. I haven't tried to match it to a known Fortin dime variety.
Probably silver plated copper; not sure.

Bogus 1876-S Trade Dollar:
Definitely a fake, but not marked as "Copy".
Weight is 27.0 grams.

Bogus 1756 8 Reales.
This one is likely a mid-20th Century fake. It came from a collection that was formed in the 1960's.
It was probably struck from transfer dies as matches the KM-104.2 variety, (Mexico-MM Ferdinand).
Slightly porous surfaces, but well done overall.
It is my understanding that some of the fakes from this time period contain some silver.
This example has the "ring" of a silver piece.......GONE
