Telex buy sheet from 1986

Set up at a small local show last weekend and one of the coin club members there had bought a vintage collection of books (not sure if it’s bad form to say who?) from a retired Seattle dealer. I bought several, one of which was a H and K So called dollar book from 1963, and it has a bunch of Telex sheets included..This one dated 1986 is interesting because of the “Buys” on graded coins including PCGS, which i’m fairly certain is their first year.

That's neat! What is the Guttag Bros book dated? That one caught my eye.
