I dont have all the info, but apparently Whatnot is being sued. I guess for unregulated gambling? I wonder if anything will actually come of it? I still cannot understand the draw of entering breaks. it just does not compute in my brain

I agree its gambling and always has been. If you don't understand the draw then you are not gambler, be proud of that.

I suppose you are correct. I have never gotten that draw. I have one friend in particular i can think of who buys $20-$25 worth of scratchers EVERY SINGLE WEEK! I cannot imagine how much he has lost over the last 30 years. He wins just often enough to think the next one will be "the" one. crazy to me.

I've a very strong feeling that in the not too distant future, all "breaks" are going to fall under the auspices of federal and applicable state gambling regulations.
