PCGS new Submission center Issues

I have tried to do multiple online submissions over the last 90 plus days and after spending a lot of time doing this I have yet to be able to finalize and check out my submission. I have a 44-coin order currently in draft status. Any Idea what and why this keeps happening. I stopped using the online platform last year as I had to stay up until 3 AM for the sites traffic to slow down to finally print forms. This is really frustrating as last week I had to change to paper forms after have 405 coins on multiple orders fail after doing the work on the platform.

I really don't understand how this issue is still happening after over a year.

    If I have an issue with the online submission center, I'll just go back to the PDF form and be done with it.

    Understood, it just getting really old having an "All New Submission page" that has the same issues as the last one they scrapped because it was garbage. I keep hoping they will pull their head out of their lower end and finally get it to "Mostly Functional". This year I have spent over 6 hours putting together online submissions and I have yet to get one to the check out.

    I currently have 189 mixed better type coins from $300/$150 in value and I will not even try to do the online form, as I would rather do jumping jacks on shag carpet with little Lego's hidden in the carpet than to do all of the work and then have it fail. I'm putting them to CAC because I know their platform works. I would prefer the coins be in PCGS plastic, but the effort isn't worth the drain damage.

    hi @Twohawks1, can you explain a bit further what you mean? from what it sounds like, you just have a draft and need to click on it and complete it.

    I’ve done a couple now and all I can say is that double check everything while you are still in the draft mode. You can change and delete still. Also the online submission does not seem to recognize attributions, or the PCGS NUMBER related to an attributed coin. I’m hoping they correct that glitch for future submissions. Once your draft gets is complete, continue and you should be sent by email a PDF of the entire submission, with instructions. I wanted to add a few more coins and just penned them in on the submission and added that cost to total balance. So it’s doable but once you submit the draft you can’t change it.
