Complete Set Display

Hello everyone! First time posting on the PSA forum.
As there are now many high priced completed PSA sets, I am interested to learn what everyone is doing with their completed PSA sets. Are you displaying them, storing them in your closets, or placed them in your bank safety deposit box? My personal preference is to display them in wall dispay cases but have found this to be very inpractical due to the amount of room needed, especially for older baseball sets.

Welcome to the registry! Right now I display the stars on my wall in a psa card case which holds 50 cards. Eventually I would like to build an area on the wall large enough to hold all 598 of the 65 topps cards all together and display them. I don't collect any "high" dollar cards so it isn't too difficult to keep them out. But right now most of the commons are stored away in boxes.

I have a 68 set that is over 70% complete. I intend to show most of the stars in a wall case with the rest in a drawer setup custom built to holds the rest. I would rather enjoy these when I get the inkling than to put them up out of view. Just my opinion. Welcome and enjoy these bords there are some top notch people in here.

I have to admit that my 72 set and most of my others are stored away in the vault. I have plenty of other baseball memorabilia displayed - but the graded cards need more security. If I have someone that I specifically want to show them to - I can go get them. Otherwise - I choose to keep them safe from fire, water and theft.

MY PROCESS IS TO COLOR PHOTO-COPY THE FRONT AND BACK OF EACH GRADED CARD AT 74% REDUCTION ; TRIM THE 2 SIDES OF THE PHOTOCOPY , SCOTCH TAPE THE 2 SIDES (BLANK SIDE TO BLANK SIDE), PUT IT IN A SOFT ULTRA-PRO CARD SLEEVE AND PLACE IT IN IT'S PROPER POSITION IN THE 9-CARD PAGE OF THE 3-RING BINDER.

I CAN PUT THE ORIGINAL GRADED CARDS IN SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES, AND STILL ENJOY MY SETS--- EVEN IF YOU MIGHT ARGUE THAT MY GRADED COPIES ARE "TRIMMED"-- RON HOBBS
A 3x3 sheet, with a hard plastic skeleton to hold the cards rather than vinyl, could hold 144 cards. Still, not a lot, but much better than 64.
Seems like an interesting idea. Do you use a scanner or a professional color copier. Have you thought of just scanning and then saving to the hard drive or to CDs, to save even more space ? I am sure either way it would be great for insurance purposes also.
