Honorius Solidus Barbarian issue ?

Hello,

I know that the Visigoths minted some of Honorius' solidus coins, but the minting was quite good. So I'm a little surprised by this solidus coin of Honorius. Its weight is a little low (4.15 g) and the font is rather ugly.
The "N" on the reverse could stand for Narbo (South of France) ?
Do you think it could be a genuine barbarian issue?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I am not completely qualified to answer, but wow, that reverse in particular sure does look barbaric!
