Why has nobody bought this H10c?!?

I look at a bunch of websites every day for upgrades and cool die states (and cherries) for my Capped Bust half dime set. One site I religiously check is Dave Kahn's. And I've been seeing this one: https://davidkahnrarecoins.com/product/1833-lm-7-capped-bust-half-dime-pcgs-ms62/
I already have two mint state 1833 LM-7s that are really nice. But I swear, if someone doesn't buy this coin I'm going to have three. It's soooooo tasty! It's a 62 so it's not "perfect" but for a 62 it pleases me deeply.
Full disclosure: Dave is a buddy of mine but he is not aware of (and probably won't even see) this post. I am just expressing frustration that the marriages I need to upgrade never arrive in this condition. heheh

Just spitballing,
1)Nobody wants that from a die marriage standpoint
2)Price for non die marriage collectors
3)Type collectors want a higher grade
4)Perhaps that rim ding bothers some
I'm sure there are other reasons.

Totally get it. I've had to let some T$ varieties pass by recently because I already have nicer examples...so hard to not buy them anyway out of general principle.

Hi Sean -
Personally, I like the coin - thanks for posting! But I think there are two reasons: 1) the die marriage isn’t important to most & 2) the CAC adherents will shy away.
