Registry Sets were Deleted

What can you do when PCGS just deleted your registry set without notifying you? They seem to have changed their systems. When I log in they say this is your "old customer number" and you have no registry sets. I used to have about 10 of them. I still have the coins of course, but dont want to spend 3 days typing in 8 digit numbers. Any help? Thanks
PS. I tried sending email to support@pcgs.com but got no response.

Hello rooksmith,
I am sorry to hear you are running into issues here. We do not delete Registry Sets. A set may be retired if you did not respond to a removal request, but otherwise, we do not delete sets.
Additionally, we do not have an email "support@pcgs.com". The main way to contact customer support will be our Contact Us form linked here: www.pcgs.com/contactus.
Lastly, the messaging stating "Your old customer number will be retired on 12/31/2025" is just stating that the number will not be used, and a new number has been provided. This does not affect your account whatsoever, and it will be the same account.
I will reach out to you through a support ticket in just a moment for further follow up though.
Best,

When I dumped my Platinum membership and dropped down to Silver, they gave me this big notice that I'll have a new membership number and blah blah blah - basically trying to make it sound like my years as a Platinum member are now forgotten history, and I'm starting over as a new low-life peon (so, I guess, that part never changed...) -- I'll admit, I had fears that this change would make a shredded mess of my registry listings, and (knock on wood) so far, there's been nothing affected...yet... My account page says my number "will be retired on Dec 31, 2025" (2/24/26 as I type this) so it's possible that their calendars are still set to Registry Awards time... and just haven't gotten caught up yet. I'll have to keep an eye on my sets over the next few weeks I guess, and make sure they don't get dropped out.
For some reason, the support@pcgs email sure seems to ring a bell - although there was a time where it seems they'd change their email addresses as soon as people learned they could use 'em to contact the company. I think I've probably got half a dozen email addresses that had once been successful for PCGS, but are no longer functional :-/ It is refreshing, however, to see that messages on here are occasionally being noticed again. I'll give a thumbs-up to that.
Thanks for the response. I guess that support@pcgs.com is not an active email, but my emails didnt bounce, so they went somewhere! I will resubmit a request to look into it. The fact that a dozen or more registry sets vanished around the same time as my customer number being retired seems non-coincidental. PCGS says they dont delete them. As a former programmer and database administrator, it seems like an updated primary key, not a deletion. Thats just a theory of mine. Thanks again.
