New acquisition, i shadowed the address to be safe, but only 30 or so miles from where i live.
I have handled perhaps 10 or so Paramount and or Redfield Dollars in my time as a Dealer/collector but this is rather unique. 1900 Philly and and as is the case with most of these over graded by at least a point.
Hope you all appreciate this as much as i do!

The original mailer adds some coolness to the whole package.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
The only grades they had to use were 60 and 65. What we call a 64 was theoretically just a 60.
Faced with that same problem when I started the ANACS grading service in 1978-79, I invented 63 to have something in between.
I think the piece is terrific and with the inclusion of the mailer it is fantastic.
