1977 Topps Football checklists

I was looking thru the TCDB (Trading Card Database) and noticed there are two listings for 1977 Topps. The first is the regular 528 card set but they also list a 28 card team checklist set? Their note is "Issued as a single sheet on thin, white cardstock. Full sheet distributed via wrapper redemption offer".

It appears that the front and back match the regular ones.

So is there any way to differentiate these checklist cards from the regular ones?

FWIW, I've seen Topps mail-in redeption team checklists from 1974 to 1981 with the exception of 1978 for the NFL.

Topps in 1978 made baseball mail-in checklists, but I've yet to see football and none of the wrappers I've seen have that listed as a promotion.

There's also some debate whether they created mail-in team checklist sheets for the NFL in 1982. Once again, they did it for MLB.

    Enjoy your collection!

I’ve got more if you need one. Unfortunately they only came back authentic.
