Need help identifying a small cob

A friend showed me this at a show and asked if I knew anyone able to identify this coin. I don't know weight probably a half inch or so. TIA.

    I had a colleague take a look for you. He says it is a Bolivia Charles II 1 Real 1690.

    Coin collector since childhood and New York Numismatist at Heritage Auctions.
