Can coins in these holders be “dated” on when they were graded during this time period by the cert number?

If you have personal records of submission you can sometimes find coins graded within the same block of numbers. Other times there are folks who have shared such information between each other in order to nail down approximate time windows. As an example, I have used some of my records to help patch together some approximate time frame windows for coins.
