PCGS Sub question

Going to do a PCGS submission soon, do you need to use the stated 2.5x2.5 mylar flips or are 2x2 mylars good enough? I already have a lot of them and don't want to buy a bunch more.

As a newbie i tried 2X2 and got an email from customer service reprimanding me 😬
