Non-PSA Card/ Manual Add

I was trying to add a Non-PSA baseball card but that specific card does not appear in the available list when I search for Spec#. Its a SGC-10 and I don't believe there is a PSA graded card yet. How can I add this card to my set?

The card is: 2020 Topps Chrome Update Sapphire: Mark McGwire #U-110

    Oddly enough I have seen a prompt from PSA to add non PSA cards to my PSA Registry inventory but I don't think that you can that card to a Registry Set.
