Need help on $1 star notes

Hello Currency Members,

I usually prowl on the US Coin forum but I need some help on a currency item. I was talking to a bank teller today and she has some consecutive numbered $1 stat notes, 17 consecutive. I am supposing that they are in great shape the find something like this. Any idea if the items are worth anything.

Series and S/N's would be needed to determine approx value. I dont think you could lose at face value.

You would need a minimum of 25 consecutives to have PCGS grade them. I found some star note consecutives and had enough to have two sets graded! 17 is very cool, you should buy them, face value...no brainer!!!

I have occasionally used this website to see how big a run of star notes was produced.
