Friday Show report from the Colorado Money Show

Weather in the Denver area was great for January. Not too cold and no snow so nobody had a problem getting to the show.
Show opened as silver and gold bullion prices were falling like a rock. Buyers were hesitant to buy any type of bullion as they figured as soon as they bought, the price would keep falling. Bullion sellers were having to adjust prices constantly. It was crazy. Later in the day the prices stabilized and more bullion sales occurred.
Collectors looking for higher value collector coins found many to choose from.
Most dealers who had priced there lower value coins the day before the show and found that those prices were useless as gold and silver dropped.
I picked up a nice Morgan with slight cresent toning but forgot to take a pic and left the coin in my case at the show. I will try and take a pic tomorrow and post.
Shot of the Bourse soon after opening. Between 10:30 and 1:30 the aisles were packed. Crowds got lighter after that. Probably had 400-600 in attendance for the day.

@CaptHenway at my table.
Picked up a copy of his new book, "The Enigmatic Lincoln Cents of 1922", and had him sign it for me.

@CaptHenway was wearing his medal from the "Society of Bearded Numismatists" but said he had recently shave off his beard.
