Vault Payment Processing

I sold a few items recently through the PSA Vault on EBAY. Two of the items ended 8 days ago & are still showing as “payment processing” on the PSA app. I’ve never had to wait this long previously for payment.

Has anyone else experienced this recently & what was the outcome??

I have a card I bought accidently sent to the Vault and now it's trapped. Been trying for weeks to get it shipped to me and it seems to be a black hole!

I had an item sent to the vault and it's been sitting there for two months and I finally had to send numerous emails just to withdraw it.

Are you waiting for the buyer to pay or waiting to receive your funds?
Do you have a Stripe account? Which is PSAs method of payment.

Got a response back from Vault Customer Care. Apparently there is an active internal technical issue they are working on between internal teams & Stripe.

EBAY auctions ended 9 days ago. I have a Stripe account. I’ve auctioned off 20 plus items through the Vault previously & never had any issues. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.

Sorry that you are having problems. I have always sent items back to me…and physically have the card in my hands…then into my safe deposit box after taking front and back scans and onto Collectors Focus website to view my collection when I want.

  • Anyone get resolution on this yet? I have 17 auctions from January 19-22 that are stuck in payment processing and PSA has not responded.

I got an "Action Required" email yesterday from Stripe/PSA asking for additional account information and suggesting it's causing a disruption in service that will be resolved once I submit the info and they review it.

I purchased an item from the PSA vault on December 7. I took the item over 2 weeks to ship out of the vault. I was under the assumption that graded cards from the PSA vault did not need to go through Ebay authentication. Apparently that is not the case. So, my card shipped from Delaware to California to Maine. I received it on January 3rd.

    very nearly a month.

Nothing yet. My items sold on January 20th. This will definitely make me think twice before selling with them again.
