Question about Franklin full bell lines

If a Franklin is sent in for grading, do you have to ask for the FBL designation, or do they attribute it themselves?

    FBL, Cameo, DMPL, etc all will be attributed via the graders without asking.

    The bottom lines need to be fully complete.

    FBL halves-along with full step Jeffs, fsb Mercs need to be 'finalized' by you, the purchaser. All too many do not meet the standards of the designation on the slab. If unsure, ask someone you know and trust for their opinion assome of these have huge premiums for the designations.
