First Time Caller To GreatCollections

Hi all
Just wanted to share a very pleasant experience that I had when calling into GreatCollections today (which is a federal holiday). I needed to set up ACH payment service and was prompted on the screen to call their 1-800 number.
The phone was answered on the third ring. I did not have to press 1, 2, or 3 to speak to anyone -- I literally just called the number and it was answered immediately. The staff member seemingly looked up my account from the phone number that I called in from within 6 seconds without asking me for any personal information. She told me what information would be required and that she would be sending an email that I could respond to with my banking information. Within 20 seconds of the call, I received an email that a ticket had been created and to respond with my banking information.
After responding to the email with the requested information, not one minute later was there an additional response that my information had been received and would start getting processed. I'm sure many of you already know, but the GreatCollections team runs a very smooth operation. I am very impressed with how streamlined everything is!
If you have been putting off setting up ACH payment option (eligible for discounted buyer's fees at GC) give it a shot!

Oh definitely, I do that with GC and HA.
GC service is extremely responsive and helpful.
I too have had surprisingly superb customer support with email interactions with GC - from accounting, photo retake, a single return, consignment payouts, and prompt purchase shipmens. They are well managed.

I have also found the folks there to be very helpful. They make everything pretty easy.
Ian and Raeleen along with the rest of the staff are absolutely top notch. I can’t say enough good things about GC. They just went above and beyond to take care of an issue with a recent purchase I had.
The other auction houses should take note.
I have never called them but Sunday before FUN, I won an auction lot that I requested through their website ‘Ask GC a Question’ tab for the lot, for delivery at FUN and got a response in less than 5 minutes. On Sunday nite. And sure enough the item was there for me to pickup Thursday at FUN. No other auction house has been that efficient and quick in my experience. Gotta love excellent customer service………………….. Guess who gets my buis when I send things to auction?
I emailed Ian once about a submission I had sent in. He replied back within minutes. Amazing service.
